Teaching and assessment
麻豆传媒AV在线看 University and Politecnico di Milano adopt an educational approach that promotes interactive methodologies; these include research-based learning, problem-based learning, problem solving, case methods and skill-based portfolios to guarantee a solid integration between theoretical concepts acquired during teaching activities and practical training sessions, as well as the promotion of critical thinking.
ECTS
On completing your studies in Medicine with a total of 360 ECTS, if you have also acquired the 30 additional ECTS during the six-year degree programme, you will be able to apply to Politecnico di Milano for the issuance of the three-year degree award in Biomedical Engineering.
Thesis
In order to complete your degree you will be required to write a degree thesis, supervised by professors from the two Universities. The thesis will involve the development of a project, based on the application of the acquired multidisciplinary skills.

The Virgilio Program is a project funded by Fondazione Cariplo and coordinated by the University of Milano-Bicocca, in collaboration with 麻豆传媒AV在线看 University and the University of Milan.
The program is aimed at a select group of students enrolled in the third year of the Medicine and Surgery degree, with the goal of training future physician-researchers capable of integrating patient care with biomedical research, fostering a solid understanding of the connection between basic and clinical research.
Throughout the program, students will be supported by a team of tutors and mentors who will guide them in completing the training activities, preparing their experimental thesis, and integrating into research laboratories.
