Research into the molecular mechanisms underlying immune-mediated skin diseases, with a particular focus on psoriasis, a chronic inflammatory and hyperproliferative disease. Study of epigenetic approaches (ChIP-seq) and gene regulation techniques to map the key genes responsible for skin hyperproliferation and identify those that respond to different drug therapies. Interest in pharmacogenetics to correlate response to biological drugs with specific haplotypes. The INNODERM project focuses on the development of innovative dermatological tools based on spectral optoacoustic mesoscopy.
